BabyNapCalc is a simple static site. We don't have accounts, we don't track you, and we don't want your data. Here's exactly what happens when you visit.
What we collect: nothing
BabyNapCalc has no accounts, no sign-ups, and no analytics scripts of our own. There is no database on our side to store your information, because we never ask for it.
Everything you type into a calculator — bedtimes, ages, nap lengths — is processed entirely in your own browser and never sent to us or anyone else. When you close the tab, it's gone.
Information you choose to send us
The only personal information we ever receive is what you voluntarily include in an email to us, for example your name and email address when you write to [email protected]. Our contact form simply opens your own email app — nothing is submitted or stored automatically.
We use messages only to reply to you. We never sell, rent, or share them with third parties.
Cloudflare
Our site is served through Cloudflare, which provides hosting, content delivery, and security. As part of delivering pages and protecting against abuse, Cloudflare may collect standard technical data such as:
- IP addresses and approximate location derived from them
- Server request logs (pages requested, timestamps, browser type)
- Security and traffic metrics, including strictly necessary security cookies
This data is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy, not this one. We don't set any cookies ourselves.
Google Fonts
Our pages load the Manrope font from Google's font servers. When your browser fetches the font, Google receives standard request data (like your IP address) the same way any site loading a web font does. If you'd prefer not to load fonts from Google, most browsers let you block third-party requests or you can simply read with your system font.

We occasionally link to third-party sources, such as published pediatric sleep guidance. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for how they handle your data once you leave BabyNapCalc.
Children's privacy
BabyNapCalc is for parents and caregivers, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you're under 13, please explore the site with a parent or guardian, and please don't email us — our contact page is for adults.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date below so you can see what's current. Because we collect so little, meaningful changes should be rare.
